Make Your Impact Positive and Long Lasting

All of us are leaders in our workplace regardless of our job titles. Leaders inspire others to action and they impact many people on a daily basis. These interactions range from a brief exchange in the hallway to a day-long meeting on financial challenges to the company. Each day we have the opportunity to lead many others: our customers and potential customers, suppliers, our staff and employees, co-workers, and other stakeholders representing the community where our company resides. Every day we have the opportunity to make a choice about making a positive and constructive impact. We can choose to take advantage of the many daily opportunities to make positive and constructive impacts on others.

Push yourself to change your attitudes and behaviors around that goal. Keep a journal of your progress. Review your progress and set new goals.
